• Will the server be fully customized towards my project?

  YES – we will align in several calls what your vision is and forge the server to your desires.

• What is the usual timeframe for a full Discord setup

  A first invite Link can be provided within 24h. Usually it is fully customized and ready for guests to join within 7 days.

Security_

• Are the servers secure?

  Everything will be setup with a strong focus on security. I took every possible step to ensure as safe of an environment as I could for your guests.

  
  My setups have been Audited twice in 2022 by external Discord Auditors and passed flawless each time.

• Do all of my staff need to activate 2FA in their account settings?

  Yes – it is mandatory that all of your staff activates 2FA in their account settings or they will not be able to perform any moderating actions.

Ownership and staff_

• When will the Ownership be transferred to me?

  After receiving the full payment amount I will transfer the Ownership to your desired Account.

• To which account would you recommend to keep ownership of the server

  I strongly recommend using a dedicated account for your server ownership which you dont use as a daily account!

• Will the full setup servers include a staff/team area?

  Yes – there will be extended areas for all your staff:

  • Marketing
  • Moderators
  • Sr. Mods
  • Community Managers
  • Admins
  • Dev
  • Project Manager

Support_

• How long will you support my server?

  The Audit or Setup fee will include a 1 Month service period to custom tailor or iron out any issues.

• Are you moderating the crowd / chat ?

  Answer is no. I will be only your technical and security Discord Administrator.

  I implement changes and teach you or your staff how to use bots for certain task.

  
  Basically a private technical Helpdesk for everything regarding Discord for you and your project.

• Do you offer extended support plans?

  YES – depending on my schedule/capacity I will be able to further support your project as an technical administrator. A monthly fee has to be custom negotiated to keep me onboard.

• Do you know any professional and experienced Discord moderators you can recommend?

  Yes. I have access to a big pool of Moderators in several different Time zones. They all know each other and work well together.
  I will open a group chat with them on request so you can negotiate the details. Usually moderators are around 300-700 per month.

Payments_

• How do you take payment?

  Payments are done in cryptocurrency on Ethereum (ERC20) or BinanceChain Network (BEP20)

• Can I split the payment?

  Payment can be split and the first half has to be sent when you get the invite link from me – the second half when the server is fully ready for guests.

• What is your refund policy?

  Once you are happy with the setup and final payments are made, no refunds will be issued.

   

  In the event a feature/setting/etc. is left out from the original scope of the project, it will be fixed at no additional cost.

Other_

• Do you know PR agencies which did a good job in the past you can recommend?

  Yes – I have connections in several PR companies which can help market your product. I’m happy to make an introduction upon request.

• Are you able to generate bot users to artificially increase my usercount on my discord?

  NO – I will not artificially boost any numbers with any bot.

• Are Discord bots free of charge?

  While most Bots are free of charge. I advise to get premium on 1-3 bots depending on the scope of the project.

   

  The cost are usually low and affordable.

• How long have you used Discord?

  I have used Discord daily since 2016 – I created and/or audited over 45 Server so far.
